Why Fitwize 4 Kids
Our goal is for our members to understand that exercising and eating well doesn't have to be boring, but exciting and energizing. We want to empower kids to make choices that will lead to long lasting practices.Fitwize 4 Kids is a non-profit organization focused on youth development through integrated fitness, nutrition, life skills, and leadership training! At our kids gym, we prioritize having a good time while also teaching healthy lifestyle habits and increasing self-esteem in all children.

Kids Gym Classes
Take a quick look a the classes we offer throughout the week. With a proper fitness routine your child will learn proper habits that will stick with them their whole life.
Circuit Training
Our physical fitness program is perfect for Kids and Teens who need encouragement to create exercise habits in their daily lives.
Cardio & Agility
Boot camp fitness sessions meet for 45 to 60 minutes: Military fun-style circuit fitness training program for better conditioning.
Boxing
Kids learn a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises. Each class takes them through professional boxing and self defense skills.
Balance & Core
Balancing is a fun way to get your kids moving. Here they learn the fundamentals of strengthening their core.

We know how hectic it can be as a parent, juggling a busy schedule and making sure that your children get a balanced schedule to help them develop. That’s why we provide many programs to help families in Coral Springs, Margate, Coconut Creek, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach and surrounding areas.
After school program
Our after school program gives kids a safe place to be a kid after school. Our after school program helps your kids be better people while having fun in the process.
No-school day camp
We offer day camps, half-day camps, and camp for a whole week just in case that extended holiday has frayed your nerves.
Kids night out
We offer Kids Night Out on Friday and Saturday nights. Come on by with your little ones and let us take care of them while you enjoy some grown-up time.
