  • 1 pita bread

  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon canned black truffles and mushrooms or a drizzle of truffle oil

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese of any type

  • 2 pinches salt

Directions

  • Spread the pizza with the sauce; top with cheese, then truffles or truffle oil. Sprinkle with a few pinches of kosher salt.
  • Broil on high until the cheese is melted, a few minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
