Through fun and innovative fitness, nutrition, life skills and STEAM, programs facility specifically designed for the physiology of adolescent and preadolescent bodies, children between the ages of 5 and 15.
Circuit-style workouts are complemented by nutrition seminars, school programs, events, educational outdoor field trips, and other fun learning activities.
