Fun Kids’ Place in Coral Springs
Through fun and innovative fitness, nutrition, life skills and STEAM, programs facility specifically designed for the physiology of adolescent and preadolescent bodies, children between the ages of 5 and 15.
Circuit-style workouts are complemented by nutrition seminars, school programs, events, educational outdoor field trips, and other fun learning activities.
Through participation in the program, children gain increased self-esteem and confidence, a boost in performance, increased flexibility and endurance, and a new knowledge of healthy eating choices.
Additionally, children in the program are educated on the impact of bullying and being bullied through simulations, discussions, and active participation.
