At Fitwize 4 Kids, we are dedicated to empowering children in our local community to reach their fullest potential. To support this mission, we have established the Fitwize Scholarship Program focused on promoting healthy lifestyle achievements.

Each year, we select outstanding children to participate in our comprehensive program that enhances character development, boosts self-esteem, and improves both mental and physical well-being. Through personalized support and engaging activities, we strive to nurture well-rounded individuals who are prepared for success in all aspects of life.

Scholarship Information

Who is Eligible

Applicants must be between the ages of 5-14 and reside in one of the following locations: Coral Springs, Margate, Coconut Creek, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, or Tamarac, Florida.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate financial need, showing that their household income falls below a specified threshold for their area.
  2. Academic Potential: Applicants should have a strong academic record or show significant potential for academic improvement, as indicated by their school performance or recommendations from teachers.
  3. Parent Community Involvement: Applicants who actively participate in community service, extracurricular activities, or demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact in their community will be given preference.

This scholarship program is designed to support underserved children in these areas, helping them access educational opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

What to Submit with your Application

To apply for the scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need and submit the following documents:

  1. Completed Application Form: Ensure all sections of the application are filled out accurately and completely.
  2. Personal Statement: A written statement from the applicant detailing their goals, interests, and why they believe they should receive the scholarship.
  3. Financial Documentation: Proof of financial need, such as recent tax returns, pay stubs, or a letter explaining the family’s financial situation.

These materials are essential in assessing each applicant’s eligibility and commitment to the scholarship program.
