Hands-On Cooking Experience for Young Chefs

Fun Food Friday is more than just a nutritional class – it’s a culinary adventure where kids get to be chefs! Under the careful supervision of our staff, children participate in preparing simple, healthy recipes. They learn basic cooking skills such as washing and preparing vegetables, measuring and mixing ingredients, and safely using kitchen appliances.

This hands-on approach not only reinforces what they’ve learned in class but also boosts their confidence in the kitchen.
